In order to make a realistic as possible quote or window budget, we need a lot of information. Preferably there is a statement of requirements (SOR) of where we can start talking at the first meeting. If this is not the case, the potential client with the following form, prior to the first meeting, can seek as much information as possible and consult internally with the quality- or facility manager. The information then forms the base for the meeting discussion and is discussed and adapted as completely as possible.
